  • At the completion of a Ratcliff Construction Company project, we dedicate time to conduct a Project Completion Review. We take this time to reflect and celebrate our successes as well as identify ways that we can continue to improve in our pursuit of Excellence. During this process for our Heritage Manor West in Shreveport, LA, it was discussed how Progressive jumped in and was a great partner on this project. Progressive reported to this project with a positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and committed to completing a successful project. It was also noted this group jumped in and needed minimal assistance from our team which allowed focus on other areas of the project. While we understand completing tasks could be “expected” with a contractual relationship, we recognize that this team went a step further and tackled this project as team players and partners. We recognize that this encountered hurdles outside of the norm. During this project our state was impacted by two hurricanes, a freeze, excessive rain, and our nation was and is still dealing with the COVID-19 global pandemic. We recognize that these hardships added to the challenges that are presented in a normal project and want to thank you and vour team for the role you played on this project.
